The Cadensa mobile app is under active development. This documentation describes the planned functionality for iOS and Android apps. The app is not yet available to the general public, but early access testers are invited to help shape the product.

The Cadensa mobile app will bring powerful time tracking features to your mobile device, allowing you to track time, manage projects, and stay productive wherever you are.

Key Features​

  • Quick Timer: Start and stop tracking time with a single tap — pause and resume supported
  • Real-time Earnings: See your hourly rate and live earnings while the timer runs
  • Tags: Three-level tag system — project tags, task tags, and your own custom tags
  • Time Entries: View, create, edit, and delete time entries on the go with swipe gestures
  • Running Timer Indicator: Persistent header across all tabs shows when a timer is active
  • Project Management: Browse projects and tasks, mark favorites, quick-start from projects list
  • Multi-unit & Workspace Support: Switch between units and workspaces directly from the header
  • Offline Mode: Track time without internet — all actions queue and sync automatically
  • Real-time Sync: Instant synchronisation with the CADENSA web app

Availability​

Beta / Early Access

The CADENSA mobile app is currently available to early access testers only. Public App Store and Play Store listings are coming soon.

  • 🍎 iOS — TestFlight invitation required (coming soon)
  • 🤖 Android — Direct APK / internal Play Store track (testers only)

Once the store listings go live, App Store and Google Play badges will become active download links on the Cadensa landing page (Hero and Features sections). Until then, the badges are shown in a disabled state.
