Registration & Email Verification

This guide walks you through creating your CADENSA account and verifying your email address.

Quick Sign-up with Google

The fastest way to get started is to use your existing Google account — no password or email verification needed.

Register with Google

  1. Go to app.cadensa.io/register
  2. Click "Sign up with Google"
  3. Select your Google account and grant consent
  4. Your account is created instantly — you are signed in right away
Already have an account?

If your email address is already registered in CADENSA (email + password account), signing in with Google automatically links your Google account to the existing one. No duplicate account is created, and you can continue using either method.

Sign in with Google

If you already have a CADENSA account linked to Google:

  1. Go to app.cadensa.io/login
  2. Click "Sign in with Google"
  3. Select your Google account — you are signed in immediately
New user?

The "Sign in with Google" button on the Login page only works for accounts that have already been registered. To create a new account with Google, use the Register page.


Registration Process (Email + Password)

Step 1: Navigate to Registration

Visit app.cadensa.io/register

Step 2: Fill in Registration Form

Provide the following information:

  • Email Address: Your work or personal email
  • Password: Must meet security requirements
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password

Step 3: Submit Registration

Click "Create Account" or "Sign Up" button.

Password Requirements

For security, your password must meet these criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Contains at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Contains at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Contains at least one number (0-9)
  • (Recommended) Contains special characters (!@#$%^&*)

Email Verification

After registration, you must verify your email address before accessing CADENSA.

Step 1: Check Your Email

  1. Open your email inbox
  2. Look for an email from noreply@cadensa.io
  3. Subject line: "Verify your CADENSA account"
Check Spam Folder

If you don't see the email within 2-3 minutes, check your spam/junk folder!

  1. Open the verification email
  2. Click the "Verify Email" button or link
  3. You'll be redirected to CADENSA
  4. Your account is now verified!

Step 3: Log In

  1. Navigate to app.cadensa.io/login
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Log In"
Beta Welcome Email

After verifying your email, you will receive a Beta Welcome Email from noreply@cadensa.io. It lists which features are ready and which are coming soon, and explains how to send feedback.

Troubleshooting

Email Not Received

Wait 5 minutes - There may be a delivery delay.

Check spam folder - Verification emails sometimes land in spam.

Check email address - Make sure you entered the correct email during registration.

Resend verification email:

  1. Go to app.cadensa.io/login
  2. Click "Resend verification email" link
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox again

Still not received?

Verification links expire after 24 hours for security.

Solution:

  1. Request a new verification email (see above)
  2. Click the new link within 24 hours

"Invalid verification token" Error

This happens when:

  • The link has already been used
  • The link has expired
  • The link is malformed

Solution:

  1. Request a new verification email
  2. Copy the entire link (don't let email client truncate it)
  3. Try again

Password Not Accepted

Make sure your password meets all requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Uppercase + lowercase letters
  • At least one number

Solution:

  • Try a stronger password
  • Use a password manager to generate a secure password

Account Security

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

After registration, we highly recommend enabling 2FA:

  1. Log in to CADENSA
  2. Navigate to SettingsSecurity
  3. Click "Enable 2FA"
  4. Scan QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Enter verification code
  6. Save backup codes in a safe place

Supported authenticator apps:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Authy
  • Microsoft Authenticator

Password Recovery

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to app.cadensa.io/login
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for password reset link
  5. Click link and set new password

Password reset links expire after 1 hour for security.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is protected with:

  • SSL/TLS Encryption - All data transmission is encrypted
  • GDPR Compliant - EU-based servers (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • Secure Storage - Passwords are hashed with bcrypt
  • Privacy Policy - Read at cadensa.io/privacy
