Beta Program
Cadensa is currently in early beta. This means you're using a real, working product — but some features are still being built, and things may change before the official launch.
What "Beta" means for you
- Core time tracking, projects, tasks, and reporting are fully functional
- Some features are marked Coming Soon — these are on the roadmap but not yet available
- Pricing shown on the landing page is beta pricing — rates may change at launch
- You may encounter rough edges; your feedback helps us fix them fast

How to send feedback
Use the Send Feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the web app. Clicking it opens an in-app feedback form powered by Formbricks — no external browser tab, no email required. Alternatively, you can always reach us at support@cadensa.io.
Automatic feedback surveys
To help us improve Cadensa, we send two short NPS surveys by email:

Both surveys take under 2 minutes and are entirely optional. Your responses help us prioritise the roadmap. You can opt out of these emails at any time in Settings → Notifications → Product updates.
Error reporting
Unhandled errors in the app are automatically captured and sent to our error tracking system (Sentry). No personal data is included in these reports — they contain only technical information such as browser type, page URL, and stack trace. This helps us fix bugs before you even need to report them.
Beta data policy
Because Cadensa is in beta, it is possible that we will perform a full data reset before the official launch to start fresh for paying customers.
If a reset is planned:
- We will notify all beta users by email at least 14 days in advance
- Your account credentials (email and password) will be preserved — you can log back in immediately
- A notification will appear in the app during the notice period
What may be reset:
- Time entries and timer history
- Projects, tasks, and workspaces
- Workspace settings and preferences
- Billing and invoice history from the beta period
What will be kept:
- Your account (email, password, name)
- Subscription tier and Stripe billing information
We strongly recommend exporting your data via Reports → Export before any announced reset date.
