How do I get started?

5 steps to get started:

1. Sign up (2 minutes)

  1. Visit cadensa.io
  2. Click "Get Started Free"
  3. Enter email and password
  4. Verify email address
  5. Account created!

2. Create workspace (1 minute)

1. Choose workspace name: "My Company"
2. Select timezone: Europe/Budapest
3. Click "Create Workspace"

3. Add first project (1 minute)

1. Click "+ New Project"
2. Name: "Client Website"
3. Budget: 40 hours (optional)
4. Click "Create Project"

4. Track time (30 seconds)

Option A: Start timer
1. Click green "Start Timer" button
2. Select project and task
3. Timer running!

Option B: Manual entry
1. Click "+ Add Entry"
2. Enter date, project, task, duration
3. Click "Save"

5. View reports (30 seconds)

1. Navigate to Reports
2. See your tracked time
3. Export or share report

Can I try PRO features before paying?

Yes! We offer a 14-day PRO trial:

Trial includes:

After trial:

  • Continue with PRO (€12/user/month)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! No long-term contracts:

Cancellation:

  • Cancel anytime
  • No cancellation fees
  • No questions asked
  • Keep your data

What happens:

Monthly plan:
- Cancel today
- Access until end of billing period
- No further charges
- Downgrade to FREE automatically

Annual plan:
- Cancel today
- Access for remainder of year
- No refund (except 30-day money-back)
- Downgrade to FREE at year end

Data retention after cancellation:

  • All data preserved (read-only)
  • Can export data for 30 days
  • Can reactivate subscription anytime
  • Data deleted after 90 days (if requested)
