User Counting & Billing
You are billed per active workspace member. A member is counted as active once they accept their invitation and have "Active" status.
Deactivating a user stops billing from the next cycle. No refunds for the current period.
Adding users mid-cycle:
Example: Add 2 users on Jan 16 (15 days remaining in January)
PRO: €9.99 × 2 users × (15/31) = €9.67 prorated charge
Then full €19.98/month from Feb 1
