What is Early Access Pricing?

During CADENSA's launch period, new subscribers receive permanently discounted pricing. This is not a temporary promotional coupon — the reduced price is locked to your subscription forever.

Early Access Period

Early Access pricing is available for subscriptions started during the CADENSA beta period (before January 1, 2027). Once you subscribe at the Early Access price, it is locked to your account permanently — even after the beta period ends and standard prices apply to new subscribers.


How Price Locking Works

When you subscribe at the Early Access price, CADENSA stores a locked amount directly on your subscription record. Mollie (our payment processor) always charges this locked amount on renewal — not the standard price.

What this means in practice:

  • Your Mollie subscription renews at the locked price every billing cycle
  • Future price increases do not affect you
  • The locked price is visible on every invoice
  • The Early Access badge appears in your Billing settings

Who Qualifies?

You qualify for Early Access pricing if you subscribed during the CADENSA beta period (before January 1, 2027).

If your subscription has a locked price, you will see the Early Access badge in:

  • Settings → Billing → Plans — when viewing available plans
  • Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription — on your current plan card

Upgrading and Downgrading

Upgrading (PRO → Enterprise)

Upgrading to Enterprise applies the current Enterprise price at the time of upgrade. If CADENSA is still in the Early Access period, the Enterprise Early Access price (€12.99/mo) is locked automatically.

Upgrading clears the PRO price lock

When you upgrade from PRO to Enterprise, the PRO lock is removed and the Enterprise price is applied. If the Early Access period is still active, the new Enterprise lock is applied at €12.99/mo.

Downgrading (Enterprise → PRO)

Downgrading to PRO applies the current PRO price at the time of downgrade. If the beta period is still active, the Early Access PRO lock (€4.99/mo) is applied automatically.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling your subscription ends the price lock. If you resubscribe after cancellation:

  • During the Early Access period → you receive the Early Access price again
  • After the Early Access period → standard pricing applies

Payment Processing

CADENSA uses Mollie for all payment processing. The locked amount is passed directly to Mollie on every subscription renewal — no manual steps needed.

Your invoices show the locked net amount plus applicable VAT. There is no discount code or coupon to apply; the lock is automatic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my price ever increase?

No. Your locked price is permanent as long as your subscription remains active (not cancelled).

Does the lock apply to annual billing too?

Yes. If you are on monthly billing with an Early Access lock and switch to annual, the locked annual price (€49.99/yr for PRO) is applied.

What if I cancel and resubscribe?

If you cancel and resubscribe during the Early Access period, you receive the Early Access price again. If the Early Access period has ended when you resubscribe, standard pricing applies.

How do I know if I have a locked price?

Look for the Early Access badge in Settings → Billing. If it is visible, your price is locked.

I subscribed but don't see the badge

If you believe you qualified but don't see the badge, contact support@cadensa.io with your workspace name and subscription date.
