This release introduces the Invoice History page in the Reports module — a new dedicated tab to view and re-download all previously generated invoices, proformas, and work summaries.

Reports — Invoice History​

New Feature​

Invoice History Tab (/reports/invoices)​

A new Invoices tab has been added to the Reports module.

What's new:

  • Full invoice history table — view every document generated from your time entries
  • Columns: Invoice number, Client, Document type, Provider, Period, Amount, Status, Actions
  • Status badges: Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, Cancelled
  • Type chips: Invoice (blue), Proforma (orange), Work Summary (grey)
  • Provider chips: Internal PDF, Billingo, Lexoffice
  • PDF re-download — re-download any past document directly from the history table
  • Pagination — 10 records per page with previous/next navigation
  • Available in all tiers (FREE, PRO, ENTERPRISE)

How to access:

  1. Open Reports in the sidebar
  2. Click the Invoices tab (receipt icon)

Bug Fixes​

Language Switching (FR / ES)​

Fixed a bug where switching the application language to French (FR) or Spanish (ES) did not persist correctly and reverted on the next session load.

  • Updated invoice-generation.md — corrected "Invoice History" link to point to the new Reports → Invoices tab
  • Updated CADENSA_POZICIONALAS.md — marked Invoice History as KÉSZ
